Bhubaneswar: The SC/ST employees of Odisha secretariat staged
a demonstration on
Thursday for scrapping of Departmental Promotion
Committee (DPC). Earlier, the Odisha Sachivalaya Seva Sangha protested in front
of the office of Chief Secretary demanding immediate publication of DPC list.
